Do I need a broker?
No. Direct to principal. No listing, no showings, no commission drawn from your proceeds. If a broker already represents you, we work the transaction through them.
Will I get market value?
Our pricing is a wholesale-to-investor basis in exchange for speed, certainty, and an all-cash close with no contingencies. A conventional listing may realize a higher headline number if you can carry the property through a six-to-eighteen-month cycle with financed buyers and the associated fall-through risk. We tell you which path fits the parcel.
What if there's a lien or title issue?
Routine. Clouded title, unpaid taxes, probate, boundary disputes, partial interests. We close through all of it.
